When I bought my Monte, I really wanted the 2003 blue/silver Pace Car. But, I ended with a gorgeous 2004 blue/silver. I have awesome cloth seats, but the standard ebony/black interior. I wanted the black/gray interior (minus the leather seats) found in some of the special edition Montes. I sorta pieces something together. @ChibiBlackSheep found someone selling the legit steering wheel. Everything else, I swapped with pieces found in the gray interior Montes to make a pho-Pace Car interior. I admit, been pretty happy with it all. My website has some pics and info (it does not have pics with the cloths hooks or grey pieces at the top of the seat belts). '04 Monte Carlo SS - Two Tone Interior.
This pic doesn't show the cloths hooks, but I think you get the idea of what I did way back in 2011. Old rear interior from 2011. Original black panels with the gray seat belt trim and upper seat belt piece.
December of last year, I found a 2002 Dale Sr car in the junk yard. Sadly the front door panels were damaged, but NOT the rear panels. Here is a thread about that with pics of the panels: https://montecarloforum.com/forum/in...rd-find-62813/
Today, I got home from a local car show and finally put these in! I retired the lower gray seat belt trim (I felt it was a bit much) and put the black one back. I left the upper gray piece and gray cloths hooks.
Retired this piece and went back to a black one (felt like too much gray).
