15.8, if I was to guess, you ran a 2.3 60'. That's a bout right for your mods. You're baout 20HP over stock, maybe 25. If you're beating SC montes on the street, you are doing a good job with what you have, and the SC driver is screwing up large.

you shoudl probably post whta to do in the general monte carlo section.... alot of people rarelly read this section. it's time to start spending money though if you watn to keep going on the engine... cam, rockers, etc. .... maybe a suspension upgrade? strut tower braces, larger sway bar? maybe some nice rims? a sporty tire? maybe get a spare set of rims and put some drag radials on them? possibilities are close to endless.
