Default 96' Mustang GT vs. 80' 300zx

So me and my girl were cruising in the new Mustang tonight downtown when this guy in a old 300zx decides to cruise with us. He's starts playing with me as we are cruising downtown so I decided we should take this to the freeway. So we get on the freeway where it was just me and him, and no other cars. He gunned it first and started pulling because of course he shifted down first. So then I hear him coming when I shift down to 2nd and spun the tires, shifted to 3rd and chirped the tires, and slowly started pulling past me until he was about 1/2 a car length past me when I hit 6k RPMS I shifted to 4th and just started walking him. I pulled him by ATLEAST 7 car lengths and kept pulling. When I looked down at the speedometer I was doing 140mph...

Do you know if the 300zx had the twin turbo? I dont know if the 80's version came with that option but it would have made a big difference

Back then they had the option of having a turbo or an NA car.

Even if they had the turbo, it's a 30 year old car that from the factory only had 200hp. After that many years obviously it's not even going to come close to that reading.

Don't be stupid in this Mustang :P It's not THAT nice to lose your license over.

It was just purely for my gf, she had this big smile on her face and she said "he wants to play, give him his dose of medicine" so I did, what was really cool when the guy past me after the race he gave me a thumbs up. Thats what I call respect for American Muscle

140 + a solid object = you being 1/4th as thick.

I was careful, He wanted to race downtown and that to me was just plain dumb. So I took him to the freeway where I would put hundreds of lives at risk...

And yes it was the turbocharged version. I searched Wiki today and found out it was indeed the turbocharged 300zx I raced.
