I did the same 
ZSPOT hooked me up around the same time for the same need (ok, a little different, I had no Monte Scripts on my quarters being an '04). No need for part numbers, he can look that stuff up. But he got me set with all the badging I needed.
The scripts are worth buying new.

Just buy the SS's off eBay. The SS logo was very expensive new. And they are really easy to put the adhesive on and trim.
