lol okay sounds good, returns are one of the best way to judge an ebayer that's for sure, if they handle it well you can pretty much be assured they are a good seller so definitely let me know

I will! I flat out told them I am holding out on rating them on Ebay until after the return, and re-install is complete! LOL

As promised, here is an update!

CTRUSA sent me the replacement headlight, I installed it, and everything is working as its supposed to. They were very quick to process the return and ship the item back to me.

I don't know how long ago you got your lights? But if you get the new version of ANZO's 121236 - (black) or 121237 - (chrome), the lights come "Pre-Wired on the Headlight Assembly".... All you have to do is connect the original factory harness. They have also updated the "invertors", (black boxes), that control the Halos; they are more efficient and durable. I installed a set over 2/3 months ago and the two red wires that "come from" the invertors are "Pre-Wired" to the "headlight assembly's Parking Lights" with "connectors" that are waterproof. In the unfortunate event that an invertor burns out, all you have to do is "unplug" the two red wires and replace the new invertor and "plug it back in"....

My suggestion:

If you recently purchased the Anzo Halo's and they did not come "Pre-Wired", I would return them for the updated set, or at the very least call Anzo USA and have them send you the "updated invertors" and wire them yourself. They updated them for a reason because the old ones were defective! If you have to "splice wires", you've got the defective product and it njust a matter of time before your Halos start acting up.... like shuting off, but coming back on if you cut off the parking lights and turn them back on. Better handle it while they are still under warranty before its too late?

If you call Anzo USA, they will send you a replacement adjustment screw assembly... (Unfortunately, I did that too)! But it's all fixed now! Did you have to "SPLICE"?
