Default Yes I know!! Another one of these threads, Sorry Need Help

Hey guys yes I know another cold air intake question. I just got my Monte Carlo 2002 so far I love it. But I'm looking for the little upgrades that will make it sound like a boss. It is a 3.4L. I need some input on what the best intake is that will give it a awesome sound, I'm looking to spend around 145$. So please guys let me know what you think.

make one like zjerry or 03jgmonte. Or you can save some money and buy a wizaird or my favorite Cold Air Inductions.

WizAired intake from ZZP will be best - but it'll cost a bit more to get a 3400 one. Still a good purchase (it's going to be my next, actually). The problem with homemade ones is if they're not made properly and you can't scan incoming air temps to see how well it's actually performing, it'll really hurt you.

The stock airbox pulls temps equivalent with ambient air - as soon as you begin getting hotter than ambient the car pulls timing which in-turn kills HP.

make your own FWI. $60 in parts and you are golden. cold air and flows about the same as any aftermarket intake. and you can use the left over money for another mod.
