There are just some things I won't attempt to tackle. I can take tint off but putting it on, not so much. Props to you for the attempt! I'm a perfectionist so I would've taken to shop but that's just me and it looks pretty good for a DIY.

Thanks for the compliments everyone! How hard is it to get tint off after 5-7 days? I'm thinking about trying to do the back window in one or two pieces this weekend.

Rear windows are a pain in the a$$!!! Expecially if you are going to try it as a one piece. HINT- you will need a heat gun, it helps with shaping the tint before it goes inside the car. CLEAN the OUTSIDE of the window, then wet it with water and a tiny bit of dish soap.(aobut 1 drop of dish soap per 12oz water) Lay the tint on the outside of the window, clear film up. Cut it to shape with a new razor. Once cut, you will see where the curve cause wrinkles in the tint. Carfully use a heat gun to shrink the tint. This will help prevent large fingers( long air bubbles in the tint caused by curvaure of the glass. You can not use enough water/soap for when tinting. make sure that the you keep the tnint side wetted real good when squeeging or you can run the risk of scratching and or peeling the tint up.

I used to tint all my cars, now I pay the tint guy to do it. Its pricy, but well worth the money spent.

I would never try and tint the rear window myself - you did a really good job.

I got mine tinted at a shop. 135$ later and a perfect job.
250$ sounds a bit much!

I would have never tried to do it myself so i give you props for that!
