Thanks, I'll remember that. Only one of the posts broke.

Last week my van broke down so I wasn't able to get to the yard to cut out the sheetmetal I need. This week I'm not feeling very well and I don't want to sit out in the hot sun for hours.

I put the Lumina trunk lid in place. The color is a bit off but since I'm going to be rocking a white hood for awhile I don't think it really matters.

Now I have to go lay back down since I over did it just doing that little bit of work.

I've been over a month since I worked on the car. I've been side tracked with getting my K-9 robot back together. He wasn't supposed to be needed until February but he was invited to a big event later this month so I had to finish reconstruction much faster than I expected. Thankfully he's in the final stages so it's back to the Monte. Today I picked up a piece of a 99 from a junkyard about 200 bucks. Since I got the outer spoiler tails with the part I decided to get the trunk section of spoiler as well. Unfortunately the yard couldn't get the bolts loose so I have an entire trunk lid as well. At least it didn't cost me any extra.

I haven't decided if I'm going to use the spoiler or not. If I don't use it I'll put it up on ebay or something.

You should use that spoiler. It would look good on the monte.

I didn't take a close look at it so I'm not sure what condition it is in. I'll take some photos of it as soon as possible and post them for you. I'm not going to use it.

I'm going to try to get those photos tomorrow. I would have taken it off the lid today for photos but I spent the day with a friend working to get our bots ready for an expo on Saturday.

He's got an R2 and I've got a K-9. I helped him solder components for R2 while K-9 tried to make sense of Tom Servo.

I finally had the time to free the part I need from the remains of the donor car.

It needs minor clean up. I'm going to do that before I pull the wrecked part out of my car.

L67ss, I'll PM you those photos. That part isn't in the best of shape.
