its really not that hard to do, just takes time and patience, so if you really wanted some you can try doing it yourself
the cost break down is as follows:
new headlights(to disassemble)=$140
2 sets of projectors(i used morimoto mini's you can always go cheaper) =$260
2 hid kits = $120

so its not exactly a cheap mod, but worth it in the end, not only does it look nice in the day but it always helps dramatically at night.
