I was going to say the same thing, my buddy is doing it to his f-150 sometime within a few weeks

Odd.. I've heard the exact opposite. Apply some tire shine to get the plasti-dip to shine and appear glossy.

Might be certain types that cause it. I suggest we put it to a test.

I used VHT Epoxy Paint (Satin black) with Duplicolor Wheel Clear on mine and they have held up very well. No problems with using tire shine either

iwill probaly use your system then! lol

I was spraying the inner part of the rims trying to clean off the brake dust that has built up from 8 years lol
