Default Painting rims black!

Hey everybody! Well after the brake parts cleaner ate through the clear coat and left black residue all over them, I decided I'm going to paint them black!! I'm just wanting to know what's the best primer and paint to use, looking for more of just flat black if that's possible, any sugguestions welcome!

Plastidip is fine, for a more temporary application, if you want to do something permanent go with wheel paint, and clear it well.

I did a job on my buddies piece of crap civic but it looks pretty well and held up good!

I used wheel paint and it turned out great I didn't clear coat it because I liked it flat black and it's lasted through rain, snow, car washes etc...

Do NOT let tire shine get on the plasti-dip. Many of my friends have had it bubble up and start to peel off.
