Default Monte Carlo SS touch up paint.

I have a 2002 Monte Carlo SS Pace Car with the Nascar Yellow paint color so the dealer tells me. The Paint code for it on the label in the trunk says 9414 with no letters before it or after it except UC. The Chevy dealer says its no longer available....Any one know where i can purchase some touch up paint in a container with a brush? I Cant find it online either...there is a WA9414 available but its listed as a 2010-2011 camaro yellow....Any help would be appreciated!

I would try any auto parts chain. They should have duplicolor paints and it should match pretty good. I think your color is called competition yellow if that helps any.

From http://webpages.charter.net/montecarlolmss/pace.html

The 2002 Monte Carlo SS Pace Car
* Production limited to 1,150 cars
* Sports two-tone leather Black and Yellow
* Chevy Embroidered Headrests.
* Competition Yellow with Galaxy Silver ground effects

Like lougreen03 said, just tell them Competition Yellow and they should be able to match it very very close if not dead on.

some bodyshops or any automotive paint store can mix it for you in a touch up bottle & can even put it in spray cans if you want.

My dad's a big fan of this place locally that mixes up the factory paint and puts it in spray cans. LOL
