I wouldn't bother trying to fix that bumper cover. Maybe you'll get lucky and find a replacement in the same color so you won't need it painted.

Well I found a brand new primed bumper for 160$ on eBay and its within 2 hours of my house! Even has free shipping so I will be ordering that tonight and then getting it painted and my car will be as good as new Thanks for the help everyone!

Glad you are OK and you can fix your Monte relatively inexpensive.

Man i was gonna try and get you one for 20 bucks!!! its blue and silver and shipping would probaly be alot,..
