Hi in new to the forum i have a 02 ss non super, and a 07 ss ls4 model thats wreck rear end, three thing is on my list if possible. 1 put the 07 front end on my 02. 2 mold the 2015 zl1 lower grill into the front bumper and add a lower front splitter which i will have to probably cut the zl1 lower grill in the middle to open it up a lil cuz the camro has a point and monte is round. 3 has any body done or heard of someone doing the ls4 motor in 00-05 model. Yes i can just build a 3800 to handle more boost and turbo it and get 500 hp out of it but i rather try to upgrade it this time and run straight motor with a head job and headers

And yes, a few have put a LS4 into the 00-05 Monte. Last one I read about used the PCM from a Chevy Van/Truck in order to have the PCM drive the motor AND work with factory gauges in the car.

 

Any progress on this? Sounds like a very interesting idea.

This one in this photo is a body kit and I believe it has been discontinued now, a friend of mine had it on his Monte Carlo. But that was back in 05 or so.
