A friend of mine used that exact style of adjusters, and without some additional hardware you will be under the car every other weekend adjusting them...or at least he was until I looked at them for him. The problem is the nut that holds the upper plate and/or the nut that adjusts the lower plate will turn on the threads of the screw and you will lose height. To remedy the problem you need to get 4 more nuts and 8 lock washers. Slide the screws through the upper plate as normal, but before you thread a nut on put a lock washer on the screw. Then thread the nut on. Install the lower nut and plate as normal and make your adjustment. Once you have done that install a lock washer and nut under the lower plate and tighten. This will prevent the nuts from coming loose due to vibration.
