04 Monte taillight condensation fix

Anyone have a fix or where to seal them up better. I keep getting moisture in my nice clean car and it looks like crap. I have them inside now drying out. Any fixes for the 00-05 lights ? Help

Maybe run a bead of silicone around the edge to seal it up better?
