actually, the constitution can be read to mean a ban on guns is legal and Mrs. Hitlary Clinton is actually right about it saying you have the right to bear arms in a state militia.. that is what hte Constitution says. anymore its interpretted to mean you ahve the right to firearmas, but a stricter interpretation could allow a gun ban. personally, i don't see hte need for fully automatic weapons (you need that when you're out spotlighting and come up on a herd of deer, right?). but anyways, if the government is overrun by democrats, all guns will be outlawed and all outlaws will have guns. you wouldn't even be allowed a hunting rifle if it was up to the democrats...
