Any class that was slow paced and not self paced. I loved competing against the others and them seeing my grades wipe them out... and then they knew I never spent time studying... too much time on the Nintendo.

In highschool I ran into a snag. I never understood how to write a report until last semester of my senior year... I just had this big hole in my mind that could not process how to do a report. Whenever we had to do a speech on a topic I could just jot down an outline and wing it. I think I only wrote 2 or 3 speeches andthat was only because we were required to turn them in. In fact I was known for winging 1/2 hour presentations without any prep time.

My problem with writing reports was the light didn't turn on that all you needed to do was quote what the author was saying and then express it in your own words. Once I realized this I was acing the reports and they thought I was cheating. I had to explain I had never been taught that onesimple concept copying what the author said and then reexpressing it. All of a sudden the 2 page reports I struggled with for hours became 2 hour jobs and about 6-8 pages long.

Oh, and history sucked to because all we did was talk about what was going on in practice for whatever sport was going on at the time. We would do about 10 min of learning a topic and the next 40 min was talking about how so-and-so dropped the football or who to a baseball to the nuts.
