My buddy with the Mazdaspeed 3 has 5% all the way around just got a $109 ticket over the weekend.

Nice Mazda. $109. Yikes. That's about how much it costs to tint the windows. Or at least around here it is. Which reminds me, I'm going to get mine re-done next week. The crap job the dealership did is peeling.

He would get written up in MI too...the backs are fine, but the fronts are illegal here. Tint looks good on that car though.

Gotta ask my tint guy if there is such a thing for sale.

70%??? Geez, most sunglasses are darker than that.

I can see wanting to keep the safety thing and all. But really, 70%?
That's a little overboard don't ya think?

WHAT 57 bucks.. i got ripped off. mine was 115 bucks for the tint ticket, plus i got a 115 ticket from my exhaust. [:@]i wish i had your cop when i got pulled in calgary

lets see... legal here is 20% with no reflection in SD. since I have wisconsin plates on I dont think they pull me over for it, even though they are currently all at 5% cept the front and back. Ill have it retinted this summer when I get home to match the 5%, but might do 20% in back and 5% on sides.
