Hey all, i have a car i'd love for you guys to look over. I'm thinking about going to look at it tommorow. From my looking my only 2 concerns so far are the fact that it was a corporate fleet vehicle, but only for like 2500 miles and the drivers seat where the air bag is, the leather doesn't quite fit right. Open to any comments, i apreciate them greatly. Thanks guys

low miles though, and it's got all the right stuff. i think the leather pulling away from the airbag was a fairly common issue if i remember right, i'd see if they'd re-upholster the seatback, because $10k is fairly steep for something with an obvious cosmetic flaw like that.

Even though it was a fleet vehicle, it should still be looked at like any other car. My wife's '05 Impala we bought December of 2010 with 150,000 on it has proven to be a crazy awesome deal!
As for the Monte, it's listed mileage is 66,314. To give you food for thought, my Monte is an '04 SS (L36) had 52K on it when I bought it September of '08. I have a power sun roof, aluminum wheels (the crappy ones), cloth seats, CD player, power windows/locks and keyless entry. I live near Cleveland Ohio, the seller was in Buffalo NY (and met me about halfway in Erie PA). I know I got a sweet deal on the car. I paid $9,000+tax/title/license. My Monte now has about 70,000 on it.
I know this one is a limited edition model, but I feel that price is high, even for the low miles. I don't know how many of that model were produced (the Intimidator edition), but pending that edition is not super rare, there is no reason to have such a high price tag. They are basically asking $11,000 on an eight year old car. I think a realistic price tag for a Monte of that edition and mileage (pending it's pristene) is about $8,000-$9,000.....
