Wasn't that the reason the US helped Kiwait back in the 90's? They didn't want the Iraq's taking over that oil rich country and taking over the oil? I don't think they really cared if Iraq took over as long as we got our oil. I could be wrong. It's easy for these companies to do what they want. Who's going to stop them? If we say we are not going to buy their gas who's getting screwed? US that's who.

The more that I read/study about our present govenment,
and their involvement with `China & the Middle East, the more
frustrated I become.
There doesn't seem to be any accountability in Government.
I was hoping that the independant new investigative reporter's
would expose the wrong doings, but their reports are limited,
or dismissed.
I sure don't have the answers to the many problems our country is facing.
I can only follow our laws and work peacefully
to change the ones that I believe are unfair to all.
We can all stay blind to the problems, or we can unite
and `act.
I don't think we have the best people running for the high
office of president, and I think it is because that the
candidates have to sell their souls to special interestto be able to obtain the office.
I will vote, but it will be for the best of the worst ; (
I really want to believe our government is of and for the
people, but it seems to be of, & for the rich & special interest.
Will the majority of people protest/rebel ?
