Ouch. That sucks, man. Have you considered dropping a good used engine in it? Or just not worth it? I'd hate to see it go to the junk yard if the rest of it is in good shape. But I can understand if you think it's just time to let it go.

 

I would love to buy your car great price but the 1000 miles each way it too much.
But considering it would cost me almost 500 to just pick up the car between gas and storage fees and that when i bought the car for $800 it had a used motor in it and needs like 600 in paint, im gunna have to let it go. I think my oil pump went but the strange thing is i never got any low oil or low pressure alarms. I guess i can get the new car i have been meaning to get.

 

You should part out the car, i'm sure theres some usable things other members might need and you'll have a little extra cash

sucks to hear man, i think if it was me i'd look into getting another 5th gen monte and use one for parts for the other.

 

well all i have left is the upper and lower intake w/throttle body and sensors, coil packs, icm, headlight switch if anyone was some let me know
