Well the Sox gave it a decent effort at the end of the series. Definitely made it interesting. Congrats to the Rays for making it to the world series for the first time.

AFAIK, no Florida MLB team has lost a playoff series yet....
So far so good for the Rays, in their first ever post-season appearance.
The Marlins won the WS in 1997 and 2003....
