Well friends it seems the gas mongers have hit my area since yesterday.

Not 24 hours ago I paid $2.61/gal at Wally World.

Today it's $2.99/gal. [sm=icon_beat.gif]

WHY is it the rest of us can't raise our prices every time we blink like the gasoline people get to? [sm=exactly.gif]

 

I just read today that Exxon posted another profit increase,and they thank you.

 

you guyz are still not payin anywhere near what the canadians pay...and we sell a lot of to the states too

our gas is 1.04-1.15 a litre for regular, thats 4.16-4.60 a gallon...its rediculous! stupid gas prices..ours is just taxed to crap with the gov't our gas being 1.04 a litre the gov't gets about .60-.70 of that...its stupid..if they'd take like .10 or .20 of that we'd be ok...stupid!!

 

I do feel sorry for the Canadian members with the gas prices being so high.From what I've heard those in California have really high prices too.Here in PA it is running about $2.80 for regular,$2.90 for 89 and $3.00 to around $3.10 for 93 octane.You can find it a little cheaper at some mini-marts like Wawa and Turkey Hill for less,but I swear it burns through a tank much quicker,like it is watered down.

 

Yea, up here in Canada, Petro Canada posted a profit of 585,000,000 - yes thats 585 million dollars in a 12 week period.

 

Yep here where I live gas is now at $2.99 gal. But that wont stop me from enjoying my Monte.
