Sorry to hear about your problems. Especially at such a young age! I know the feeling tho. When my back goes off it like a switch - so sudden. And absolute. Feels like a snap and I hit the floor, sometime taking weeks before I feel good enough to be "fully operational" again. I'd rather be kicked in the ***** than have my back go out on me.

Sorry to hear, and as with others I can emphasize with you, was in a motorcycle accident and now my spine curves to the right and my right hip is higher than my left, won't bore you with all the details, but a day doesn't go by that I don't know what pain feels like, but I am lucky enough to be alive to feel it.

If you have access to a hot tub definitely take advantage of it

 

Sorry to hear about that ohara,i had a good friend pass away on a motorcycle and seen many others deal with the pain for the rest of theyre life,its a miracle you still have your life,nobody deserves to be in pain everyday
