the first acl I tore was my left knee playing football, got hit and when I looked down my leg was at an L,it was scary looking, then the other knee I was doing some ironwork in the plants and stepped off a beam and my right leg just buckled,i think I messed my back up by picking up stuff carelessly, ive never been big on docs, I just usually relax for awile and doing some excercises to get it back healthy

I know all about back injuries and leg injuries. Having a rough time walking right now also. Hope you feel better soon. It sucks to be in pain.

I had one of those back spasms I think the first one was in High School, took my breath away. They seem to have less pain the more your body gets used to them. However they say Ibephorphen will reduce the inflammation. My daughter is a pharmacist and that is what she has told me on occasion.
Next would be a Hot Tub experience, and then if you can find a Couple of Girls to share that Hot Tub, that will also help reduce the Pain.
