You should be able to load multiple photo's into one post, but just do it one then upload, then another and upload. It may work to load multiple photo's but I never tried it with the I phone when I have uploaded from the PC sometimes if the photo was right at the limit of megs it may not load. You can experiment to see how well it works for you. Good Luck.
