Its more like 70/30 for me!

Between my Rhuematoid Arthritis and being an above knee amputee...Takeing care of my self is a full time job every day....

I do what I am physically able to do when it comes to the Monte...
But, Most times I have to pay someone to do up keep maintenance etc...
It would be most enjoyable if I could wash and wax the Monte by hand...But its a near impossible task...Before the Monte Nats...It took me almost a week just to wax it before I left...

Where as it use to take me a cpl hrs to wash, wax and detail it...
That's just an impossibility now for me to do...

I shall wait until it's legal to burn or move to Calif or Denver (LOL)..., until then I just keep getting high on life

Thanks everyone for your Votes in the Poll + your post(s)...It's fun to read how each member votes & how they perceive how they take care of themselves or their Monte's...+ it has added some activity to the MCF.

Space ask me to stay active when I can on the MCF & keep him updated. He said to try & made posts that members can enjoy & get involved. His big foot steps are difficult to fill. I miss our space & life is empty for the BeachBumFamily without him around 4really>Sure..

It's close to 50/50 but in a bad way. I work way too much an dont exercise like I should. An I have done any thing with poor Mary Jane. She's been sitting for awhile. No time or money for her

Hate to say it but the Lady Deuce is one pampered individuial. Yep she gets more attetion than me.

 

Keeping the Monte clean keeps me healthy.
A clean car gets you compliments and keeps your confidence up, it also is a great hobby to keep you busy and stress away.
Cruising in a nice car also is a great stress reliever.
Also keeping a car clean and healthy is good so the car doesn't break every other day and keeps $ in your pocket which is also good.

So i think putting 100% into your Monte, come back into helping 100% of yourself as well.

 

There's a lot that has to be done to the old girl. But some day she will be back out tearing up the road

 

Turbo Monte will get what she needs before I buy something for myself. And she gets a bath before I do lol she def comes first!

The only cure is to get out & 'drive & have 'fun
