In Minnesota (one of the most liberal states in the union but I'm not going to bring politics into it) the speed limits are set to really low speeds such as going through the cities there is a great big open area of freeway that has a speed limit of 55mph and everyone goes the usual 65-70 through there. Theres also another area by Lilydale and they call it the "practice highway" because the speed limit is so low. The worst part is that tint on your car windows cannot be above 50% and 50% is actually really see-though than it sounds. But sport-utilities and trucks (such as Silverados or a Cross-over as a Honda CR-V) are exempt from this. Not cars such as the Monte Carlo. But that has nothing to do with the speed limit...

Depending on my mood mainly. If I feel like having some fun I will providing it's safe to do so which means I have to add racing in there as well lol. I'm always good for at least 5 over though weather permitting

Quiz for MAMONTE! Is this the highway or the speed limit?

In town it's the limit but on the highways I'm a 70 most of the time. Driving across the county last summer was awesome with some 80 MPH limits in Texas. Though driving a mini van killed the mood.

I can't help but to speed sometimes. Normally I'm at least 5 over
unless it's wet

The speed limit sometimes is just a suggestion, however in town I always drive the posted or a little below. Mainly because if you hit a child you are in DEEP DOG do do. But if conditions are good I can see a 5 over for sure. I have attached a pic from Wyoming it is 80 on the Interstate it was in Montana also.
Here is a Tricky deal when driving up I-29 to Sioux City they have speed camera's out on the road. So if you go over you can get a ticket in the mail.

Depends on the area and how well I know it. Also the weather is a big factor too. But mainly I'm 5-10 over in residential areas and 15+ on highways.

I wish that was the speed limit! haha. Unfortunately, it's just the name of the HWY...and one I happen to travel daily on my drive from Hollister to Santa Clara.

I drove through Utah, Idaho and Wyoming this summer with 80 MPH speed limits. It was weird setting cruise control on 83 and not having to even worry about it. In fact, I was tapping the brakes when I saw a cop out of habit. Very weird to think you can pass them going 80. LOL

In my 2013 Camaro, I do the speed limit.

In the Monte... I often find myself going a little over because I just don't feel the speed.

I think having the manual in the Camaro keeps me more in check, you definitely "feel" everything a lot more
