Welcome to the forum. You may want to check around this web site:
http://wot-tech.com/shop/ and look around for mods for your engine. Using the search function of the forum you'll find some info as well.

The ECM is what you are thinking about, the Engine Control Module. This controls your shift points, rev limiters, and the governor on your car. You'll need a laptop tuning program most likely (or a cheap crappy hypertech) to increase the limiter on that car.

Your car should be OBDII so if you know anyone with an HP Tuner that has the license to tune your car then modifying the PCM shouldn't be hard at all. Look for a shop in your area with an HP tuner, who knows how to use it, and have them save your original tune and re-tuned yours. Idk how much they'd charge but I imagine it would run about $200.

You could just buy an aftermarket PCM from a vendor. Although I don't understand why you'd want to go more than ~107 MPH.

i love speed, the faster i go the better i feel the rush o blood running thru my system, well my car runs ok since is stock but looking at forein as the camry i used to have i wont catch him at the 135 it used to go,i can go fast but asa my system kills the fuel pressure i know i lost that fight lol.do u know any vendors, brands or webs u had read or read reviews from?
