Yeah it is a great looking car. i think it has a good amount of graphics on it. :enough to make the point but not too many to make it over done.
blackrainSS I have seen an amp impala around me two different times. the guy driving it looked about 70 and wears a amp jacket and hat while driving it

Ha ha!
I guess I should be part of this thread! Thanks for the post 77GP. I guess I haven't gotten out in a bit - like around the forum with pics much or out of that Nascar thread. Truth is I'm on the forum and throughout it almost daily. But the hassling females in my house are always tugging on a sleeve and I rarely have time to post. The rule around the house is that I'm to be left alone during the Nascar race, which is why that's when I always have time to post.
But I didn't get out too much with the Bud Chev this year to photo. The pics that 77GP pics posted were just taken a week ago (last Sunday) - the day it went into winter storage. The pic 'Space posted is an old one with the factory exhaust. They used that one @ PFYC.com for car on the month. The BudChev has also been in 3 different calendars, but has never been a part of a "real" car show, so has never won any real awards. But I thought it was a pretty big deal getting the ShowOff of the week over at CarDomain last year.
During fair weather months (its Canada, the weather is seldom great) the BudChev is my daily driver. I cleaned it up pretty good and took it photoing right before packing it up.
Here's a few more from this year:
That's a #8 air freshner hanging from the mirror - I got a box of those!
(I cheat a bit - ^ this photo is from last year ^ - but it still looks like that)
This photo was good for a MCF Photo Challenge win! (if there is such a thing)
BTW, those tires aren't really all that. They look good, but their best performance feature is snow traction, and the car is parked in the winter. Still, they did well when I drove it to Daytona through the great snowstorm of 2010. The wheels were originals and when I ordered them Primax had yet to even make a set for a 5bolt FWD. I hadn't even seen a picture. I'd only seen a RWD (totally different offset) 6 bolt, but they had a part # in their catalog. They took 3 months to come in while they were made. I have only seen one other set since (and it was on this forum).
Thanks so much for your interest in my Bud Chev (esp. Jerry)! I don't post much about it anymore cuz I guess I thought it was kinda old news. To me, the #8 Budweiser car was always the definitive 6th gen Monte Carlo and I couldn't think of a better way to showcase one
