The best excuse for speeding

The cop is a douche, gave the guy a ticket with a minimum $2000 fine for going 30 over. Probably a rookie trying to rack up some big tickets to further himself up the food chain. I hate cops like that... he could have been cool about it since there was no wreck or injuries. BUT NOOOO!

When someone gets caught going that fast over the limit, they have to make a mandatory appearance in front of a judge. And the judge decides how much the fine is. That's the law in Ontario, Canada for street racing. They call street racing "stunt driving" for some reason.

In NC It's called Speed Competition... don't ask me how I know!!!
I think my favorite excuse is "But I'm trying to catch up with everyone else!" "There is no one around you!" "That's right, that's hwo far ahead of me they are!!"
Or Gabriel Iglesias.... I bet this guy loves getting pulled over.

In Ohio if you go 25 mph over the limit it's considered reckless op, which also carries a mandatory court appearance, I think 6 license points and a hefty fine.
On the other hand, anything over 95 mph automatically gets you arrested.
I've only used 2 excuses before - one was just because the cop was an *** and I knew I was getting a ticket anyways, I told him I got new shoes and the soles were a little heavy.
Second time when he told me how fast I was going I told him "this piece of **** can go that fast?" He laughed, then wrote the ticket.
