he showed me where the shutoff valve is IN MY UNIT.
I would have never guessed it! its hidden behind the hot water tank.

I dont have to pay anything though since im renting.
I wouldnt put up with this BS if i wasnt forced to live month-to-month.

im enlisting into the army national guard and cant be stuck in a lease.

At least you know how to turn it off if the valve ever breaks off or a pipe bursts.
