Anyone has a fix for this, I'm sure just about all of us 6th gen owners are suffering from this problem.
I tried searching but I don't even know what to search for on this subject. Cracked dashboard is all I can come up with and it's not helping.

Heat ruins and warps dashboards all the time. You would need a new dash pad and to re-attach it.
Those windshield sun deflectors might alleviate the problem, or cracking your windows with a rain guard on hot days.

Maybe even having the dash pad stripped and re-wrapped with a different material??
The '99+ Grand Ams are horrible with the padding coming unglued from the dash (my '02 had the traditional separation around the cluster, luckily, my '04 is holding up). And the '82-'92, Third Gen, Camaros and Firebirds, the arm rests on the doors, the the earlier years had zero problems, then around I think ;85 or '86 GM changed how they made them (and it might be as simple as the glue) and now the vinyl separates.
By comparison, that issue on the Monte sucks, but GM has had bigger problems through interior history.
If someone has a repair tip for the Monte that works, give us a nice write up and we can add it to the Tech Info section.
