i think its bull that they can do this, in my 2013 focus everytime i start it up it tells me that my phone is connected and 911 assist is set to off, do i want to turn 911 assist on? i picked no from day one. the way i look at it is if i slide into a snow bank or something minor that didnt really cause any damage i dont want the police dispatched over little non sense like that....
