What's up guys!?
My best friend Hammy told me to join this forum. I am 18 years old and I live in North Dakota. I first bought an older body style 1996 Monte Carlo z34. And my friend, Hammy owns the 1999 ls Monte Carlo. Everyone at school use to call us "the monte bros". I loved my z34 a lot and put a whole bunch of money into it but then one day a girl was backing up her car and hit the monte and they called it a total loss. About a week later I had to get myself a new/the best Monte Carlo ever because I'm obsessed about monte Carlos. Now days I own a 2004 dale jr and it is my dream car with the 3.8 supercharged engine. And now Hammy painted up his old body style a sweet line green.

Welcome. I had a Dale Jr at one point and loved it. Wish I hadn't had to sell it but life happens. Maybe someday I'll get another. This is a great forum for all generations of Montes. It's refreshing because the GP forums I was on when I had my GTP were all geared towards the W body ones (and towards the G8 which isn't even a Grand Prix). You'll find some great info on this site, and there are several guys (myself included) who know a ton about the 3800 motors. Sadly I know more about the 3800s than I do about the Small Block Chevys that are in my two 2nd gen Camaros LOL.

Nice you have been into Monte's since high school. A SC Dale JR. Monte SS is pretty dang sweet to have. Lucky you! Is it still mostly stock?
