Recently tried to clean the engine bay

Well done, looks almost brand new!

Always bugs me to see friends / family with much newer and more expensive cars and it looks like it was just drug out of a swamp when you pop the hood. I get most don't do their own maintenance, but Id at least like to take pride in what I've got that I'm doing the best I can to keep it in good shape.

Agree, pop some hoods and like you say, looks like they were drug out of the swamp, sad.

O1Monteman, looking good here brother, keep at it, like your heart to square under the hood area away like you did, congrats..

Definitely looks nice! Under the hood is a commonly neglected spot when cleaning.
