Smile CA legal L67 swap 2003 monte

ok milzy hooked me up with the kit now im worried about it being legal anyone know the rules or how to make it work.

Do you have any experience with swaps? I would look into things required with the CA emissions because it's one of the most difficult in the US.

You may want to look into going to where the testing is done and discussing with them what all will need to be done to make it emissions legal

Welcome to the MCF. From what I hear it is easier to move than to mod a newer car in Cali.

Your probably right on that point, but then they have Medical cards too..........so??

Zippy02 your right Lol just talked to a smog guy and said it didnt matter even if it was a jet engine as long as the cars vin is in that pcm and has all smog accesories o2 sensors and what not
