Default 07 Monte carlo ss won't start.

Hello I need help. My monte carlo won't start. When I open the door I don't have power to the done light. When I turn the key over it doesn't start but you hear the fuel pump. Only lights that are shown are the dash lights. No brake lights or headlights. Key is stuck in the on position. With the alarm you can engage and disengage but the actual door doesn't lock and unlock. Car won't start in neutral. New battery and starter. Tester isn't picking up codes.

Off top of my head, nothing is coming to mind. My guess is you may need to get a volt meter and start checking voltages and grounds. Such as voltage into various fuse panels, at the battery, at the starter and such.

I tried with the volt meter. I maybe over looking something. I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for something simple.
