Here I go again on a Theresa rant!

EGR has officially dropped the Earnhardt part of the name and is going back to Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates. This is hardly news, as I never felt the 2 companies really merged so much as DEI was acquired by Ganassi. But this can remove any doubt that the stupid b!tch buried Dale Earhardt's thriving and very successful race car team. She did her best to destroy his life's work. At the time of his passing, DEI was one of the top tier teams in NASCAR. And when you look at what it became it is quite obvious why Jr either wanted control or wanted out of that team.

I don't know if you'd call DEI top tier or not. They had the best restricter plate program ever though.

Teresa is the ultimate stereotypical step mother though. Earnhardt Jr made it clear he wanted possession and control fo the company, and felt it was meant to be passed on by his father to him.

We can always wonder how things would be different.... ultimately, Teresa ended up with nothing anyway. Kind of makes me happy that this happened.

 

I think karma might have caught up with her, but I think it was over all bad for the business of racing.

 

I'm glad Teresa's attempt to control everything backfired...

Her knowing anything baout racing is like saying my mother knows a lot about trucking because she has been married to a truck driver for 25 years. She doesn't actually drive the truck.

Likewise for Teresa...
