And I remember NASCAR had the nerve to get the "loop data" and show that there were more "green flag passes" during that race than the previous year, a stat they threw around as we all sang in unison about how crappy the COT really was.

Probabpy not. ganassi said he wasnt making major changes to his cup.team. i dont know how you look at teams that are 30th in points with drivers like jamie mac and say to stay the course

Ganassi is making a major change to the Cup team this year. He's no longer using ECR engines, he's buying engines from Hendrick now. McMurray is always a threat a Daytona - he has 2 of his 6 wins there, not to mention a Talladega win. I'm sort of a McMurray fan and always feel bad for him that he's stuck with Peblo as his sole team mate. That must have made tandem racing very hard - y'know with Peblo hittin' all the jet dryers and stuff...
