Car has a mind of it's own, I swear. Recently my alternator went nuts and was putting out almost 20v and blew a few things out it seems. I have most of it fixed with one last thing, the wipers. They go once when the car is turned on and then stop but not in the proper "park" position. Also, when they are in a lower speed setting with the vehicle moving at a higher rate of speed, they ride up the windshield. Lastly, with the car off, you can move them by hand. I suspect the wiper motor to be at fault, or perhaps a relay, just haven't investigated further yet.
