wiper arm removal tool is the best way, second choice is using a large pry bar twisting it, third method is using a large pry bar twisting it and then whackin it with a hammer.

WARNING: i have seen customers bring their cars in with wiper problems only after breaking thier windshield!

snap-on, mac, mat-co dealers, online places.... try looking at battery terminal or post removal tools, some of them make better wiper arm tools than the actual wiper arm pullers.

http://www.etoolcart.com/browseprodu...er-Puller.HTML that one resembles my lil one

http://www.etoolcart.com/index.asp?P...mp;ProdID=4198 <---dont buy this one

http://www.tools-plus.com/lisle-54150.html one of these should do the trick, losts of places have lisle tools, might call around and give them the number

if you can make it fit over the wiper arm and grab it, go for it.
