i noticed that the window and light switch on my passenger door dont light up like the ones on my driver side. any one know where i can look or check to fix this problem. and half of my AC control panel doesnt light up either, any sugestions?

 

SOunds like the bulbs need to be replaced on the switch and the A/C controls. I know that alot of people just solder in LEDs cause the bulbs have to soldered off anyways.

 

ah ok im not familiar with soldering is it hard to do? and where would i get the lights?

 

They are a P.I.T.A. to replace because you have to tear your whole dash off, and then take the controls apart to solder the LEDs in. We have a write-up somewhere.

 

well takin the dash off to get the AC control panel is easy, i have taken it off enough to play with my stereo.....how would i find the write up?

 

for the door panel lights you will prob need to do that youself. check out bbengineer.com for the the ac/heat control unit. ship it to him and you can pick the color led you want and he ships it back all fixed up. he also does speedo cluster bulbs too.
