Default Window.

Just gonna cut to the chase, without the BS.

Why does my driver's side window (97 LS) intermittently not want to go up?
Gold car did it too.

could be a couple different things......most likely it's either the switch or the motor going out. Hopefully it's just the switch could be a loose wire or bad connection. that's my best guess

The switch could be corroded or dirty. I have a 94 Grand Prix and the drivers side does the same thing. Probably because it is used the most.

Mine couldn't be the switch as its a constant issue, you have to help it up and down or it wont work much.

The switch might be the problem on this car. Though my aunt never rolled the windows down when she had it.

When I put a new switch on the gold car, it still did it. The whole window assembly was just worn out on that one though. Track was loose and sloppy. Went up and down a lot better though after greasing the tracks.
