Default Unable to relearn tire pressure

I took car to Dealer for bad remote start no distance and now tire pressures have no displace of pressure. I am unable to get it to relearn pressure. I bring up tire pressure relearn and it won't go into the mode any suggestion.

Part of the procedure for repairing poor remote start/keyless entry range is selecting the correct software calibration download for the remote control doorlock module. It is possible that the technician at the dealer selected the wrong calibration. The technician is supposed to verify that the remote start, keyless entry and tire pressure monitor system are operating correctly before returning the car to the customer! I have done dozens of these updates on Monte Carlo's and Impala's and they are quite easy to do but I have seen many techs struggle with them.

The relearn mode is something that they have to do with a tool that they will use close to each wheel. It should only take a second.
