Turn the key still nothing
Ive been having a problem with no power when i turned the key. I replaced the iginition switch and the starter still nothing. I heard it could be the auto theft system acting up. If anybody no how to reset that. Or could i bypass it. Please let me know. I have no clue whats wrong!!

Some times simple things get over looked so I am throwing out this Idea cause it just happened to me and you may have already checked this.
The Deuce had been in storage for 7 months with a battery tender on her. I started her up this week and Nothing, no power at all, zippo
I cleaned her battery terminals (they didn't even look bad) and tried again and she started up like a mad bear waking from hibernation

I assume you own a 6th gen (2000-05) Monte? Going on the pretense that the starting and electrical systems are in working order it is possible the security system may be preventing the vehicle from starting. Do you get dash lights but the starter motor doesn't engage? Try this:
Turn the key to the ON position and leave it there for 11 minutes.
Turn the key to the OFF position and leave it there for 10 seconds.
Repeat the ON/OFF cycle for a total of 3 times.
If the security system required a relearn the vehicle should now start.
