I agree with fixing the vacuum leak first.

 

Ok thanks for everyone replying to my post. Here's what I did.

I replaced the TPS but the fuse was ok. I purchased another adapter from ebay that plugs into the TPS and that worked however the problem still was happening. It turns out that it was the fuel pressure regulator that was forcing the hard start and constant stalling. After 15 minutes and replacing it, it's running good as new.. so, if you smell gas after a hard start, it's probably the fuel pressure regulator.
