RESOLVED! - SES light - P0141 & P0140
Finally!
The SES light on my 2000 SS had been on for a couple of weeks and I finally got it taken care of. When the codes were read it showed P0135, P0140, & P0140. I was told to replace the front O2 sensor, so I went ahead and replaced both of them along with the catalytic converter. I expected this to solve the problem, but the light stayed on and would not reset. I took the car to a local mechanic and explained the situation to him, along with information that I had been told regarding a possible loose ground wire from one of the O2 sensors which may have been the cause of the problem. Well, when I went to pick the car up he advised that the problem had been a blown fuse, and he replaced it for nothing. So far the light has stayed off and the car actually seems to run a bit smoother.
Just thought I'd offer a bit of information that may help someone in the future - good luck folks!

There's a fuse in the lower fuse panel located underhood on the passenger side inner fenderwell labeled OXY SEN.

I was getting P0140 and P0141 errors and would reset them. I also replaced my o2 sensor about 6 months ago and I knew it could not be bad already since the car is not driven much. I checked the fuse as you did and sure enough it was a bad fuse.
