Default Rear Trailing Arm Bracket Rusted Off! Please Help!

Got this car (04 Intimidator SS) the day before my birthday August 27th and it ran fine. Never thought to check for rust since I’m down South and never was bothered by it. Well now I am. Trailing arm bracket was rusted off well before I got the car. It was Jerry rigged with a long bolt and nuts and the bolt snaps so now I’m trying to find a way to repair this. Job doesnt pay well enough to buy another car and im not sure how id sell it in this condition. Saw some threads saying things about letting a welder make a bracket but would that work here? Please just help me. I just turned 21 and I’m trying to get my crap together.

Your photo is good but it is too close for a good visualization. Zip ties are always an option This car must have come from a snowy climate to have that kind of Rust.
Some how you need to get that rust removed, that will be a pain. I am not sure if it is the strut area or the body area that is rusted off. But I looked it up and here is a replacement for the trailing arm in a video. Check the link and watch it there could be something that would inspire your repairs.
Maybe if there is a trade school in your area you could find someone that would be willing to help you out for the learning experience.
